What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, email, phone number, the property address, your preferred date, and any message you write. We use it only to answer you, schedule and deliver your photography.

Where it goes

Your request is stored in our database on Cloudflare and emailed to us. A confirmation email is sent to you through Brevo, our email service. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is filled in by a person; it may process technical information such as your IP address for that purpose. We keep only a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for a short time to limit spam.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. Card payments, when you choose to pay after we confirm a booking, are handled by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see or store your card number. We do not use advertising trackers.
