Terms

Draft, to be reviewed. Last updated November 2026.

Booking requests

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A session is booked only when we confirm the date, time and price with you by email or phone. We do not take card details on this website. When we confirm, we may email you a secure link to pay by card on Stripe's payment page.

Packages and prices

The Essential package ($299) includes up to 25 HDR photos, same-day editing, MLS-ready delivery, an online gallery link and a one-year license. Premium and Signature packages and the other services shown on the site are coming soon and are not yet available to book. Prices and availability may change.

Access to the property

You are responsible for making the property accessible and ready on the confirmed day. Tell us about access details, pets or anything else we should know beforehand.

Photos

You receive a license to use the delivered photos for the period stated in your package. ZoiLens keeps the copyright and may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
